Embraces from Heaven

It began with a shawl I wanted to make for myself.

I had a vision of something different—something that felt like me. I spent months searching for the right natural fibers, beautiful textures, subtle touches of shimmer, and materials that felt as special as I imagined the finished piece would be.

Then something unexpected happened.

Each time I finished a piece, someone would see it, fall in love with it, and somehow, I wanted to give it to her.

Because to me, it felt like giving someone a hug.

A way of saying: May you feel held. May you feel loved. May you feel wrapped in the love of God.

And that is how Embraces from Heaven was born.

A collection of one-of-a-kind shawls, slowly crocheted by hand and created with intention. Each piece takes approximately 30 hours of handwork, from the first stitch to the final detail. And throughout those hours, I pray for the woman who will one day wear it—even when I don't yet know who she is.

No two pieces are exactly alike.

You can also commission your own, choosing the colors, textures, and fibers that speak to you. Something elegant for a wedding or special evening. Something effortless for an afternoon outdoors. Something light and beautiful to wrap around you by the sea.
